Shipping Policy

Delivery options are available at checkout. The customer is solely responsible for selecting the shipping method that meets their desired level of security and delivery speed.

Standard Post
This is an economical, uninsured shipping option. By selecting Standard Post, the customer acknowledges and agrees that shipments are sent without insurance or compensation coverage. In the event of loss, theft, or non-delivery confirmed by the carrier, Reptik SAS will not provide a refund, replacement, or compensation.

La Poste Secured
. This shipping option includes limited liability coverage. In the event of loss or non-delivery confirmed by the carrier, reimbursement is limited to the declared value of the goods, up to a maximum of seventy-five euros (75 EUR) per package. No additional compensation will be provided beyond this amount.

Chronopost Express
This express delivery service offers faster processing and priority shipping. A fixed additional fee of six euros (6 EUR) applies to each order that selects this option. Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the carrier.

General Shipping Terms
. The risk of loss and title to the products pass to the customer upon handover of the package to the carrier. Reptik SAS cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier or by events beyond our control. By completing a purchase, the customer confirms acceptance of these shipping terms.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel the quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
